CloudHQ : the new way to sync your digital life

Yes friends you hear it right. CloudHQ is the solution to all your syncing problems.
i am sure most of you’ve
got a lot of cloud storage spread out across multiple cloud services like Dropbox, Google Drive, SugarSync, and Microsoft SkyDrive these days. And for some reason we cannot just shut all the services and start using only one service. there are several reasons not to do so as Google Drive may be the most robust and versatile cloud storage provider of those mentioned, Dropbox has much better third-party app support – and its not just up to us the people we work with share files using a variety of different services, including Dropbox, SugarSync, and SkyDrive. We can not completely abandon all of the other cloud storage services. Since there's a problem there are brilliant people who come up with a solution which is

CloudHQ makes managing and syncing multiple cloud storage services incredibly simple – and you don’t even have to install any extra software on your desktop, making it a perfect service to use on my Samsung note 2 or my laptop or any other device that i use anywhere in the world

Here’s how the service works: first, you sign up for a free trial at CloudHQ’s website using your Google account, and you select the services you want to sync. I synced my Evernote and Google Drive with my Dropbox accounts, although you can also select Box, SkyDrive,Basecamp, SugarSync and SalesForce.

You can also customise the settings

  • to allow one- or two-way synchronisation
  • weather you want to replicate deletion in both accounts
  • in the case of Google Drive – whether or not you want to convert documents into Google Docs format when uploading to Google Drive, and
  • You can also choose a specific folders which you want to keep in sync, in case you don’t want to sync your entire account across different services.
So friends i would like to recommend this for all those of you who like to sync their data on various services across the Web and mobile i am sure you will like it

Internships- what to do and what not

Internships are the most effective way of gaining industrial knowledge and experience. Today many of us want to make  their Degree and Education worth Noticing and doing Internships is the best way to do so.Recruiters are looking for freshers with some knowledge about the Style,Ethics and manners of working in Industrial Environment.
So here are some Do's and Don'ts

1. Do relevant  research.

Spend some time surfing the company website and familiarize yourself with the official policies and the philosophy of the company.because its obvious that you should know the company you are going to work with
2. Familiarize yourself with the location
If you have got a internship in your own city then its great but if you are interning in a new city, make sure that you will get a couple of days to check out the place to avoid hassle
3.Dress appropriately
If not sure the do one thing never wear all that you have ever worn to college. because its not necessary that your boss doesn’t share a taste in clothing with your girlfriend/boyfriend.
Girls – no flashy colors, no extra-make up and nothing too revealing.
Guys – clean up well, tuck in the shirt (neat and clean look is preferred )
You should look smart, classy and elegant. but dont take this too seriously and wear a three piece suits, you are not the CEO yet. Ask your HR manager about the dresscode and what they mean by casual days if there are :D
im joking there are always free days as well as casual days at big or small companies
4.Be yourself
Dont FAKE until you are exceptional well. Most people just can’t pull it off in one day. If you can, you are destined for greater things. trust me i am experienced if you would like to long lasting impression work hard for one in your personality and start early. There is nothing like an overnight success when it comes to people skills.
5.Be attentive
Pay attention to what your boss and others say on the first day and take as many notes as possible. The first day will mostly cover the basic guidelines to adhere to and most companies are very particular about sticking to them. Also, the first day may also cover all the trivial-looking information such as how to solve a paper jam in the photocopier. If you don’t want to be the laughing stock for the rest of your term, learn them fast.
6.Smile
Yeah... seriously smile as frequently you can because u can make or break your career with what you do with your white teeth. If there is one thing that can win over the heart of your boss, it is a good smile.
7. Be inquisitive
Ask as many questions as you can. But with an objective of learning rather than trying to show off how smart you are or to pull the other person down. Being genuinely curious about how things work and why do they work the way they work is  a great way to build up your knowledge and to also get noticed by rest of the team. Everyone loves to have a thinker among themselves.
8. Don't object until you are sure
Yes,you are brilliant you know this i know this and you also have tons of new revolutionary ideas that you think the company must implement. But before you start dishing those ideas out to everyone or  start complaining about how inefficient or outdated company’s systems and policies are, i know we all think '"ki meri maano ye sab akrdo company me fir dekho company kaha se kaha pohachti hai" try to understand from your manager or colleagues on why the things are the way they are. More often than not they would tell you some practical considerations which only experience can teach and which would make 90% of your ideas unfeasible from implementation point of view.try it u'll come to know for sure
9. Have fun
where ever you go always have fun. you chose this company/organisation so don’t reach a judgement about how boring your internship/company/work/manager/colleagues are on day 1 itself. Even if you find the work boring, find ways to make it fun and intellectually stimulating.
Remember, everybody in your office had a day one in their lives. Don’t get upset if it didn’t go as well as you planned for. An internship is all about learning and the one who doesn’t make mistake would not learn a thing in his/her life. But be sure that you don’t commit a mistake that could have been avoided by a little effort from your part. Follows the three Ps to make most of your first day – Prepared, Patient, and Pleasant.

All the very best for a successful first day and a successful internship.

Steve Jobs – Father of Digital revolution

Steven Paul famously known as "Steve" Jobs (February 24, 1955 – October 5, 2011) was an American entrepreneur and inventor, best known as the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Apple Inc. Through Apple, he was widely recognized as a charismatic pioneer of the personal computer revolution and for his influential career in the computer and consumer electronics fields, transforming "one industry after another, from computers and smartphones to music and movies... Jobs received a number of honors and public recognition for his influence in the technology and music industries. He has been referred to as "legendary", a "futurist" or simply "visionary",and has been described as the "Father of the Digital Revolution", a "master of innovation", and a "design perfectionist"
Not many people know that Jobs also co-founded and served as chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios; he became a member of the board of directors of The Walt Disney Company in 2006, when Disney acquired Pixar. After a power struggle with the board of directors in 1985, Jobs left Apple and founded NeXT, a computer platform development company specializing in the higher-education and business markets. In 1986, he acquired the computer graphics division of Lucasfilm, which was spun off asPixar. He was credited in Toy Story (1995) as an executive producer.
